CHLOE COLMAN
Principal & Upper School Programme Director
Chloe trained on the professional Level 6 diploma in Musical Theatre. Throughout her time in training she found a passion for choreographing and teaching all ages and abilities. She finds watching the growth of her students unlike anything else and wanted to create a company to develop her passion into her life.
Chloe founded Colman Creative Academy in September 2020 and continuously works to develop the school and increase student opportunities. Most recently she has launched "Colman Creative Training" now established as "NextGen Coaching Collective", a student helper training programme which is available for dance schools worldwide.
Chloe has performed in many shows in various parts of the country including Hairspray, Pirate Adventures and Little Women. She has also performed with Ultrabeat Live in their UK tour in 2019 and 2021 as well as choreographing for these tours.
Chloe is our Programme Director at Colman Creative Academy teaching classes from ColmanKIDZ through to our Elite Programme.
Chloe is also a member of I-PATH, Acrotrix, Dance School Safeguarding Services, MN Awards & is currently working with Rosina Andrews to ensure the safest training for our students.
CHLOE adams
Director of Student Experience
We’re excited to introduce Chloe Adams, our Director of Student Experience here at Colman Creative Academy! Chloe joined our team in April 2021, starting as our voluntary receptionist. Her dedication and passion quickly shone through, and as the academy grew, so did her role.
Chloe transitioned to Studio Manager, where she welcomed students to every class, supported Chloe Colman in sessions, and played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the academy. This journey has now led her to the position of Director of Student Experience.
Chloe is committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our students. Her behind-the-scenes work is key to keeping our classes running smoothly and ensuring every student feels supported throughout their training.
In addition to her experience role, Chloe is a qualified Acro teacher through the Acrotrix training & syllabus. She assists our Gymnastic Dance Foundations and Dance Cirque classes, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to every session. 🤸♀️🎪
Juliette Reynolds
Lower School Programme Director
Juliette has been extensively trained in various dance styles from an early age under the mentorship of Ann Marie and Naoimh Morgan at Morgan Theatre Arts. She pursued her passion further by completing four years at Phoenix Performing Arts College in Dublin, followed by an intensive year at Copenhagen Dance Education in London.
Juliette has been teaching dance for 6 years, working with students of all ages and skill levels. She finds immense joy in helping her students grow as dancers and individuals, she absolutely loves sharing her passion with others and is looking forward to joining the Colman Creative Academy team.

PAULA COLMAN
Affectionately known as "Mummy Colman" to everyone at Colman Creative Academy, Paula Colman is truly the glue that holds our school together!
As our Head of Operations and Outreach Manager, Paula plays a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This year, she’ll be stepping up her support even more, helping our academy grow and thrive as we continue to develop.
Paula's dedication and love for our community are at the heart of what makes Colman Creative Academy so special. We’re incredibly grateful to have her as a key part of our team, keeping everything on track and making sure our students have the best possible experience.

Head Girl 2024/25
Our first ever Head Girl, here at Colman Creative Academy, has been chosen for 2024/25 by our principal. We are so excited to welcome Maisie to our team as the Head Girl for the season ahead. Congratulations Maisie!
STUDENT HELPERS
Our wonderful student helpers take part in our Student Helper Programme and assist with allocated classes. Students who attend our Foundation & Level 1 classes will see these student helpers each week.
