3. Class Bookings and Payments

3.1. Taster Bookings: Taster sessions must be booked through the Website and are subject to availability.

3.2. Enrollment and Payments:

  • Classes are billed monthly on the 1st of each month.

  • Payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.3. Missed Classes: Missed classes are non-refundable, and make-up sessions are subject to availability.
 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. If a class or event is canceled by Colman Creative Academy, we will offer an alternative class.

4.2. If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance in writing.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Students and parents/guardians must:

  • Treat staff, instructors, and other students with respect.

  • Follow the academy’s safety rules and guidelines.

  • Refrain from disruptive or harmful behaviour.

5.2. We reserve the right to remove any student or parent/guardian from the program or premises for violating this Code of Conduct.

6. Liability

6.1. While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in classes involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you accept that Colman Creative Academy is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries or accidents during classes or events.

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on the premises.

6.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
